1. Charge the watch and press and hold the button for at least 15 seconds to restart.
2. In your phone's settings, go to Bluetooth and forget the "IDW19" device.
3. Restart your phone, uninstall the VeryFit app, and then reinstall it.
4. Reconnect your watch and phone.

Maintaining a Consistent Connection:

1. For iOS users: Go to your phone's settings, then General > Background App Refresh, and turn on the VeryFit app.
2. For Android users: In the VeryFit app, go to "My" and follow the instructions to keep the app running in the background.
